Ready For Fall

As I hit the road for my run this morning, I was excited to feel just a hint of fall in the air.  The summer has been long and hot, and cooler temps will be greatly welcomed.

This is my dear friend's daughter, Kate.  She is so kind, funny, and overall a girl every mother hopes to have raised.  I want to wish her luck at her new school in a new state away from mom... for  now.  Have a great year Kate! Love you to pieces!

Waiting

I believe I am the only one in the country who hasn't seen The Help! I am waiting for my dear friend to arrive back in town to see it.  I can't wait, it looks wonderful.  The book is a must read.
